UPDATE: Vivo Xplay 5 Elite & Vivo Xplay 5 Launched
UPDATED ON 2nd MAY 16: The Vivo Xplay 5 is now launched in two variants i.e. Vivo Xplay 5 Elite (Ultimate Edition) with Quad Core Snapdragon 820 Kyro CPU, 6 GB Ram, 5.43 inch Quad HD Dual Curved edge display where as the the other with Snapdragon 625 CPU & 4 GB Ram.
The Vivo Xplay 5 Elite (Ultimate Edition) is quite similar to Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge in terms of specs. (except the 6 GB Ram in Vivo Xplay 5 Ultimate Edition). Due to the combination of Snapdragon 820 SoC & 6 GB Ram the Xplay 5 Elite (Ultimate Edition) claimed a massive Antutu Benchmark score of 162,610. (See Screenshot below).
Talking about the design, we can expect metal and glass construction. The fingerprint sensor is supposed to be place at the back of the device just below the camera unit. In terms of imaging we can assume it to sport a 16 MP rear camera unit whereas a 8 MP front/selfie camera.
Update: In terms of design & imaging department, our expectations held true for the device. It has a metal body and sports a 16 MP Rear & 8 MP front camera.

Vivo Xplay 5 Price & Availability
It is expected to be announced soon i.e in March (Probably 1st of March) at the Chinese Blogging Website Weibo . Even though there is no official confirmation about the price of the device. We can expect it price around 38,890-43,490 Rupees in India.
Update: Here again as per our expectations the Vivo Xplay 5 Ultimate is priced at CNY 4,288 (around 650$) that is equivalent to 44,308 Rupees in India. Where as the xplay 5 is priced at CNY 3,698 (around 560$) that is equivalent to 38,215 Rupees in India.
Availability
Both the variants will go on sale from 8th March in China. Unfortunately there is no info about its availability in India, but we can expect it to go on sale by May end. Both the phones will be available in two color options i.e. Rose Gold, Champagne Gold.
