As for the intro both the devices are rumored to be equipped by Apple A10 processor, 3 GB Ram, 4.7 inch retina display (in case of iPhone 7). Talking about the design, this time apple may remove the antenna strips which is a much awaited change for the iPhone users. Talking about the camera department this time apple may bring different concept for the iPhone 7 Plus that is you might see a (leaked image above) dual camera setup at the back. These dual camera setup may be equipped by two (obviously. pun)  12 MP sensors and a dual LED flash.
