The HTC One M10/Perfume is rumored to sport the latest Quad Core Snapdragon 820 CPU, 4 GB Ram, Quad H.D display. (See detailed specs below). The HTC One M10 is the successor to M9 which was launched back in March. In order to remind you,  the M9 is equipped by a 5 inch Full H.D display, Octa Core Snapdragon 810 CPU & 3 GB Ram.

As per the rumors the HTC One M10/Perfume might sport a fingerprint sensor (Most probably at the back of the device). Talking about the display size, it can vary from 5 to 6 inch which will have a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. Talking about the built of the device, it is supposed to have a metal uni body design.
